| NSFL - Not safe for life, a level beyond NSFW NSFL is usually a video or image with content so powerful or disturbing that it takes a blow against your heart and the deepest confines of your soul. If you lurked the internet enough with curiosity getting the best of you, you've most likely seen NSFL content. Very often, some people can be desensitized after many viewings of different NSFL content, but it's usually the first one that leaves a permanent mark. So MAL, what was your first NSFL video/image? My first was footage of a racing accident. During a race, a car crashed and a man foolishly ran across the road to extinguish the car. A racing car hit the man literally splitting him in half. Oh and the fire extinguisher bashed the racer's face in so he died too. I has to stare at the ragdollish looking body before getting a grip on wtf just happened. |

| I came accross a video of a boy around 8-10 yrs old. it looked like they were from afghanistan or one of those countries. He was holding a very dull looking knive, standing over a man with a black cloth over his face (the mans). Won't say anymore but it was pretty disturbing. | Interesting thread. I'm with the people who said they don't remember or have been desensitized. I've seen so much over the years but watching murders have always been harder to watch. The one thing I remember seeing that messed me up for a couple of days (and I couldn't sleep that night) was just a really long website with very disturbing imagery that just got worse and worse as you go down. It started off as cute images but then went straight to pics of dismemberment, animal torture, and is thinking disturbing sex. I couldn't even get half way. If anyone remembers this, I'd challenge myself to go through it again lol |
