| She's normally always at the top, but crashes before she can win a title. Unless you consider MAL Moe a title, since she did win that. And this is the first year of ISML, so no one has won the crown before. |

| Well I did say "almost", and Fate pretty much had the hardest matchups of everyone, unlike some other characters... But finals in 2006(Saimoe) quarterfinals in 2007(bestmoe) Atleast the semifinals in ISML. Won Mal Moe. Maybe not as good record as Shana, but while she continues to win by absurdly small margins, Fate loses by absurdly small margins. And her matchups have been a heck of a lot tougher through the years, especially in Saimoe... Today I voted Hinagiku, Kyou, Haruhi and Kotomi. |
