Ever liked a character early on, but then started to dislike that character the more you progressed through the anime?[SPOILERS]

| Guts from berserk. hear me out. Guts was a loner at the beginning of berserk and didn't want to get attached to anyone, then he joined the band of the falcon and fell in love with casca. After the eclipse he became less caring and started allowing anyone to join him on his crusade to find a way to save casca. I didn't like this change in his character. |

| char aznable, you were so god damn cool man, how the hell ever did tomino fuck him up so much in the end, they turned a interesting and dynamic character with more character development than even the main protagonists into such a degraded character, they essentially retconned all the character development prior and half assly set up this "new" persona with some of the all time worst set up Iv seen in storytelling, aka there was none and the creator was just vague as fuck as he was too lazy to properly make a beggining to his half assed conclusion. A fantastic character run straight into the ground |

| The title easily goes to Asuna from SAO. At first I was like cool, badass female character for once. She gave off strong first impression. Then the author decide to add more boring character archetypes on her, made her a really generic and boring character. I also liked Tatsuya at first, but get annoyed later on.. He's like a robot only exist for his imouto..! |

| Takasu Ryuuji from ToraDora. Literally enjoyed the part when Taiga (I despise her) was trying to set him up with Minori but then the second arc happened.. Turned into an annoying drama. I mean it was pretty predictable who he was going to end up with but I literally hated the guy then, thought this was add on a twist from normal romance dramas. |
