Time spent watching

Why doesn't the "time spent watching" count rewatch? I have rewatched dragon ball 2 times and dragon ball has 153 episodes and that equals to 459 episodes which are each 24 min long. 24x459=11016min/60=183,6 hours but MAL says that i have spent 62h and 54mins on dragon ball why is that does this mean that Time (Days) doesn't count the rewatched episodes either?

It's not counted in your list when you click more on DB, but it is updated in your time watched on your profile.
