I think the title was correct. Ex is short for Exorcist. Eku - engrish title. Please add a note about it to More Info. Btw, the WEB CM is the copy of the 1st CM + Live action scenes. Is it correct that the episode count was changed to 3 ? |

| That's my bad, I mixed up the names. You were the one who denied the "Episode 05 post-credits scene" though: "Tokyo Ghoul Special (30681): part of the regular fifth episode." I think it's the "EX02" episode in the [BlurayDesuYo] release? EX01 being the bird naming. I'm asking if this was aired on TV or not because it's not actually attached to episode 5 and episode 5 is already 24 minutes long, at least in this release, I guess I'll have to check raws too. Even if it was attached to episode 5 I think it still ends up being a Special since it's unaired footage, no? I'm still downloading other episodes so I'll check them too later to see if this scene is anywhere else. Probably need to download some BD raws too to check in which one it was since Amazon says there's a mini-anime "とーきょーぐ~る" in every volume (which I assume is anime like the bird naming one but I can only find that one and not the others) it also has no mention of that "Episode 05 post-credits scene". EDIT: The EX02 in the [BlurayDesuYo] release that I mentioned earlier is actually just a songless version of the last 5 minutes of the last episode so that's fine. I still don't know what you mean by "Episode 05 post-credits scene" since I can't find anything. I'm also searching all the raws I can find and only found the special with the bird so far, I guess that info on amazon might be misleading and they are just talking about commercials, I'll search some more but I guess only the bird special needs to be added. |

| Akarin, that rule is mostly applied to the DVD releases where some scenes are re-done and or expanded (for a few minutes at most). Everything else is dealt on case by case basis. There is some other similar entries that still have to be revised. Advent Children is one of them. I can guess that it was added because of the significant amount/duration of extra video scenes that enhance and expand the story of the original film. It's actually different in Teekyuu's case though because it is/was believed that it had a number in it's title, otherwise MAL would probably add something like "2nd Season" too, even if Teekyuu is merged I don't see why the years should be there. |

| There IS a rule about adding year in names, and it fits there perfectly. Since the entries' types and Jap. titles are the same, the year should be added to anime title. |

MAL has never done so, all "2nd season" entries actually have "2nd season" in Jap. title. MAL said: When multiple anime entries share the same title but are of a different type, the title of the most recent entry will include the type in parentheses. When they are of the same type, the most recent entry will include the year. It's not like this case is special or something, there is an exact rule for it, so please follow it. There are far too many exceptions already. |
