Accepted Note: for the subgroup Doctors was put a limitation, as it was wrote under the layout, meant for that psycho/crazy/killer doctors who go around and kill people and that don't truly dedicate their life to help people.
However Dr. Shamal deserves a mention because his case is quite subverted: despite he's an assassin from the Vongola, in truth he's one of the good guys, the group itself is actually the group of the good guys, therefor that's why he has been accepted.
