| The whole idea of someone watching you is a basic primary fear and it extremely smart the way they used it. I don't know what the hell most of you people are saying about not being exciting or fun. I guess many are just manga readers than excepted to see something and it wasn't shown or something like that so you are disappointed and don't care about how well made this was. Seriously despite being just an OVA they didn't just waste the time with lighthearted amusement but they created a thriller like episode with suspense and mystery. Not much more than you can ask from an OVA really. I found it very good and a well spend half an hour. wheresthehandle said: Saten-san has boobs!? | Very good OVA ! Opening Song future gazer good song and seeing Misaka smile a lot in the Opening Sequence is beautiful!!! Was funny when Kuroko handcuffed Misaka LMFAO!!, Misaka's like What you're doing?! XDDD! Very pleased to see Touma too, GREAT Misaka X Touma moment haha! I missed the bath scenes since Episode 1 from Railgun series and now I got to see once more in OVA :) Misaka got nice body :p Misaka freaking out was WIN also :D ofc plot wasn't too heavy, But I'm Happy with the OVA! |

| Man, that was pretty damn boring. It had it's moments though and it was nice to see the cast and all, but it kinda felt like the second half of this series where nothing really happened (aka filler). |

| Well, it was a rather interesting OVA to me. I liked the overall theme, it made me stressed. You know, when you are someone with anxiety problem who is often scared of being judged wherever they go, it kinda reminded me of myself x) Misaka just HAD TO encounter Touma and misinterprate everything :P Such a classic. Same for Kuroko doing a good deed and screwing it by herself a few second later. Always hilarious, that damn pervert. |

| Actually a pretty good OVA. I liked the comedy hijinks and the way they found out who the voyeur was. 8/10. Also, Shirai is such a pervert. |

| An interesting and well-developed story, although the time was relatively short, with more time, the narration would have been more compelling and engaging, without taking anything away from the comedy and seriousness of the plot. Excellent all the characters. |

| Part 1 of 2 of the Special Program. Surprised by the lack of comments here from the past two weeks, I guess most might’ve just missed this news or watched this before (which I haven’t luckily). Interesting set-up and a delicious Misaka x Touma scene to boot, I couldn’t have asked for more! Some more Kuroku’s greatness plus the usual Saten-san and Uihara scenes too. Definitely curious to see how things will get resolved in the next part. Part 2 of 2. Damn, that was some fantastic teamwork! Misaka is awesome as ever and that scene of her outfoxing the perpetrator was fab! I’ll never get tired of these, lol. Uiharu spilling the beans to rat out Kuroku was hilarious! So those events did actually happen, I thought they’re all part of a bad dream lol. Misaka sure went through a lot this episode though, I must say. Another one of those Level 6 fanatics, it seems... Looking forward to regular broadcasting from next episode onwards! Going to give this an overall 7.0/10. As Satou-san (Misaka’s VA) mentioned, this is one of those episodes that really feels like a stellar Railgun episode and that’s always a treat as far as I’m concerned! |
