| there are indeed songs i wouldn't listen to with certain people, just because they wouldn't like it as much as i do. like i wouldn't listen to this girls generation song with older adults, but with certain people i think will like it (girls maybe kpop fans idk) why not being ashamed of enjoying what you're listening to is kind of silly to me. but yeah with an audience/other people is a different story |

Anyways....I don't actually feel shame for any of the songs I like, even songs I know are considered "bad" but I enjoy, I still don't feel the shame. There is some excellent music in this thread, but the idea of being embarrassed my much of it is beyond me. Almost every Silvanian Families track I have, when playing on shuffle, prompts me to lunge across the room and pause it. There's also Touhou immoral sisters, which I'm not sure why I have. Most Exit Trance will also be skipped, mustering what shame I still have. A friend of mine was mortified upon seeing this album art (NSFW). Honestly though, I'm more apt to hijack a sound system and play stuff like this. Working as a sound engineer in a theatre for a few years I did this, and I usually keep the patch cables necessary to tap most audio connections in my bag. Holy crap, Ntad wins. Completely forgot about soramimi cake, it's probably on my zune somewhere gathering dust... and that English sailor moon track. |
