We will soon welcome great changes. Before that, I want to first inform everyone, that I, am the the ghoul nicknamed as “Owl”, and at the same time, am using the name “Takatsuki” to write books. 13 years ago, using “One-Eyed Owl as my identity, I led a few ghouls to attack "CCG” several times but in the end the tables were turned on us. I lost an arm to a thick-browed and buff man. Though I also took the same arm from him later on… But that is another matter. Towards my own abilities, I was too conceited, and this was the end result that was caused. I decided to win by numbers. The one who founded “Aogiri Tree” was me, and up till today I’ve gathered no less than thousands of ghouls. However that is still not enough to reach our goal. “Aogiri Tree”, as everyone knows, our goal is to build a “world that’s suitable for ghouls”, “a world where ghouls can live the way they should have been able to”. Our enemy that’s right in front of our eyes is the “Doves”, and to uproot the “twisted root” that’s lurking behind is my aspiration. Kanou described this world as a “twisted birdcage”. I felt that that was very apt, so I’m also imitating his usage. Destroying this “twisted birdcage” is directly linked to letting the scales that represent the balance of this world regain equilibrium. I hope all of you can become stepping stones to a great cause. What caused “CCG” to form as what it is today is the appearance of a “One-Eyed Ghoul” with immense power hundreds of years ago. Ever since then the appearance of “One-Eyed Ghouls” is seen as a harbringer of great revolution. – I think there are also people who believe that the “One-Eyed Owl” is “Our King”. I’m not exactly sure what that truly entails but it’s the same ‘Kaneki Ken’ he said back in V14. The way Arima calls Furuta is very casual and his words are casual as well. As for Furuta’s Kishou-san, it wasn’t even written in kanji but in katakana instead and that alone kind of makes it suspicious. | Probably yes. Although Nishiki, Tsukiyama and Rize all had their flashbacks and they're all still alive. Flashbacks usually mean death, but Ishida is sometimes bypassing the 'rule'. Overall there's a real possibility of her dying and I sure hope that that won't happen. |

And a change of pace from all the raids and all the fodder killing would be welcomed. |

| There's a possibility that Kaneki wants to cage her so she can break out Hinami from within but the problem with that is in the fact that she'd be under heavy RC supressants so no matter how strong she is she wouldn't be able to use her kagune nor kakuja, if they even decide to cage her instead of killing her off after all the shit she pulled. |

| Eto comes to the publisher with her novel. Shiono: How old are you? Eto: 14… He notes that the manuscript is about 500 pages long. He gives her his business card, but sends her away. Some time after that, the editor in chief comes to Shiono, asking him who’s the manuscript on his table from. Shiono: Ah.. some girl around middle school age brought it, I sent her away though.. The editor in chief gets rough with Shiono - Apparently the manuscript was really good. He tells Shiono to contact her immediately, however, Shiono has neither contact info nor her address. – Eto is seen in a book shop. She checks her money, and doesn’t have enough to pay for what she wants though. As she’s returning, she sees a policeman and someone arguing. She tells Noro, who’s waiting in the car about it. He gets out, and she takes the money from the wallet he left behind in the car. She buys the book she wanted with the money. (The text says Noro, though I’m not 100% sure it’s him?) She’s later wandering in front of the publishing company building and runs into Shiono, who makes her debut. – Eto is walking around anteiku with her book. She sees Irimi and Koma arguing and Yoshimura laughing/smiling at them. She gets mad(?), twists the book and throws it away, and leaves. – After Irimi and Koma go home, Yoshimura is sweeping around the shop. He finds the wrinkled book. Yoshimura: ….. Shiono comes to TS’s apartment, Eto isn’t answering so he lets himself in. He’s come for the manuscript, and finds Eto sleeping at her computer. He covers her with a blanket and goes to make something to drink for when she wakes up. In the refrigerator, he sees boxes. He wonders if TS is preserving fish or something in them. However, when he opens one he finds a piece of a human’s face. Eto comes from behind. Eto: Shiono-kun… You saw it, huh? – In present, Shiono wakes up. He was sleeping on the desk (the flashback was in his dream?) There’s a voice coming from the door. He looks over there and sees Eto and Sasaki. Eto: Shiono Shiono: Takatsuki-sensei… He throws himself on the floor and begs. Shiono: I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.. …. .. I… Sasaki: Takatsuki-sensei, he confessed. Sasaki: Takatsuki Sen. No, Yoshimura Eto, on a suspicion of being a ghoul, you’re arrested. – Hachikawa side: Aogiri mobs are coming at Hachikawa’s squad. Hachikawa: Run! Before more of them come, we need to evacuate! Suddenly, something comes from above. Hachikawa: Ayumu!! Above!! Someone attacks with their kagune from above. Hogi manages to avoid it all. The one who appeared was Takizawa. Takizawa: Oh no, ehe Hachikawa notices it’s Takizawa. Hachikawa: (Takizawa…) Mutsuki: (Owl…) Takizawa: Iheeeee Aheeee Hachikouuuu? (*Hachiko is a famous dog) Hachikawa: A second rate [former] investigator…. At that moment someone jumps on Hachikawa. It’s Shikorae. He plants a kiss on Hachikawa’s mouth (chews him). |
