| This anime was absolutely, positively amazing. I've gone absolutely nuts over this since the first 30 seconds of the first episode. No amount of explaining will tell you how much I've obsessed with this anime. 10/10 |

| Pretty solid ending with a beach episode! Quite fun and lovely in general and just found the whole part that the brother didn't recognized his sister pretty fun. That said I'm sure up for more of this series so a second season would sure be fun, but in general a very lovely ending! And all in all a very good anime! |

On watching the episode again it does seem that Bomber really doesn't recognize Kirie for real - His outburst of total shock when Taihei calls Kirie by name in the car trip. He really is a Baka! I actually didn't take to Bomber at first, thought he was just overbearing and boorish, and way too imposing for a side character, but now that he, and the other 'side characters' get more air-time the dynamics between them have balanced out and make for some hilarious situations. Avus said: Umaru actually has the same power as Superman... disguise by doing almost nothing lol, this UMR-san, and the afore-mentioned Bomber not recogniizing Kirie, and the fact that ALL the characters sort of know each other although not all of them know this yet, The 3 onii-sans all work together, whilst the 3 imouto's are all in the same class, with Ebina as neighbour! I think that this is like all the best situation comedy, the (sometimes corny seeming) coincedence and happenstance of the script requires a great deal of suspension of disbelief from the viewer, but in doing so we all enter an unspoken agreement which allows the writer to conjur up all sorts of hilariously stupid situations that would be otherwise impossible. I'm hoping for 5 more seasons of Himouto Umaru-chan, then after that we get a few seasons of 'Bomber', the spin off series! |
| Interesting that they ended it with the classic beach episode. And what an episode it was! It basically showed off everything that is so great about this show, loved it! Would've liked some revelations between the characters though, but that is just a minor thing. Also, so much Kirie this episode, can't get enough of best girl! Rest of the characters are also amazing and it was nice to see the a lot of the important ones this episode. Overall this anime has kept me so hyped and happy for all these weeks, definitely one of my favorites from this season. If there'd be a second season I'd rate 10/10 but as it is now there is no conclusion at all to the several plot points so it has to be a 9/10. I hope that the OVA won't be the last of this anime. Heck, I'd want even more than one more season! |

| That was fun, I thought they would stick to the manga where Sylphin is not there, but I am glad she was included. Dogakobo really pulled it off like they did with Gekkan Shojo Nozaki-kun... they really made Himouto Umaru-chan well. |

| Overall, the episode showed another step boast interpersonal relationships of the characters, but ultimately it is very little what we have built so far. The narrative while being set to a rhythm slice of life, could have given much more in terms of the events recounted; the plot is advanced in the same way, a shame. Drawings and animations average. I hope there's a new season for this anime and that poga remedy the mistakes made in this today. 6.5-7/10 |

| I was expecting Umaru to drop the act and tell Kirie the truth, especially after she opened up to her. But no, we even had to have the cliche interruption. Overall, the show was a 6.5/10. Seeing Umaru lying around and being a lazy otaku got pretty repetitive after a while. Thankfully the show got better after the first few episodes when it started to focus on the characters and their interactions, giving them whatever little development they got, instead of just relying on gags. I wouldn't mind watching another season of Umaru and her shenanigans. She was the best part of the show. I especially liked Aimi Tanaka's voice acting for her chibi otaku persona. |
| I was really happy with this adaption although there are quite a few manga chapters that I would have loved to see animated! (like this chapter where Umaru couldn't decide if she should buy a Chopper hat) Some of the last episodes were not as funny as the start but I really hope that they will maybe do a second season there is enough material after all (: |

| The episode itself was a fun watch. Been following the manga for a few years now, so it was no surprise that everyone enjoyed it as much as me (though admittedly, I was expecting 4 minute episodes, thank god they made it full 20+ mins). The ending was pretty out of character for the show, considering how awesome the rest of it has been. It was a bit unsatisfactory.... but considering the manga continues after this, I guess it was the only way to make an ending for this lovely show. And yes, I would love a second season too. We still haven't see yet.... |

| It has been a while since I watched an enjoyable SoL anime, really well done, all the characters were likable, other than the first ep which obviously is used to build it up every ep delivered really well. 8/10 overall for me Kirie was my fave char in the show, and I could relate to Bomber so well lol |

| Ah glad that it finally ended. It was real cringing watching Umaru act and lie like that. Totally reminds me of Shitino from OreImo. Other characters were fun to watch. Identity of Shitino 2.0 doesn't get revealed away at the end, so might've give it 5 or 6 But since the show had Ebina and Kirie-chwan <3 I'd give it 7/10. |

| I'm a little sad Umaru-chan is over :( It was one of my rare doses of moe. I rarely watch moe-esque Anime. Last time I got this excited over a moe Anime was K-ON! and Tamako Market. I'm pretty sure Umaru-chan has established itself in the Anime and manga fandom and has a lot of merchandise to go with it. I'm hoping for a second season soon. Also, did Taihei return the minivan after he had a panic attack? I wonder, he went to many places with Umaru and he NEVER encountered kids crossing the street before? Taihei,pls. |

| Such an entertaining comedy slice of life, so many things which I can relate to this anime, the sound effects are well played, I love hearing "Umaruun" or Ebina's rubber sound when she is shy. I would definitely watch the sequel, if there is any |

| Really enjoyed this series. All the characters were charming and likable in their own way. Very funny anime and I'd love to see a 2nd season. 8/10. |
| Aww, what a nice ending! The beach looked soooo nice :') I can't believe Bonba really didn't recognize his own sister LOL XD I guess it's good Taihei didn't have to buy that car either ;P Some sweet moments when Umaru almost told Kirie the secret and when Bonba was saying how he went to Kirie's high school ceremony and then Ebina was all nice ... welp, of course those moments are gonna be ruined though XD Even Sylphie joined in on the fun! :O Then of course we are back to the regular Umaru ... himouto indeed ;P The ED with the white dresses was so nice :O I guess they wanted to end with this episode, but it's funny how fast the year went ... I mean I swear there was another summer episode a couple weeks ago then it was winter and Valentine's already XD Oh well, it's not like it's important really :P Overall I liked this show a lot more than I expected :O It was super funny, the animations were really pretty, and the characters were all super entertaining to watch XD Music wasn't bad and lots of great references, but unfortunately I wish there was more character development we could see :( I guess they wanted to keep it mostly lighthearted though ... oh well, still very enjoyable :P 8/10 |

| More Ebina x Taihei is good. Only condition I'll ask for if Season 2 happens. Which I'm sure it will, in front of a lot of other shows. 7/10, came pretty close to 6 in the beginning though. |

Kirie was very cute this episode. AND SYLPHN IS MY LOVE <3 SHUPAAAN Loooved this anime! Umaru really grew on me. Gonna miss it for sure... 9/10. S2 = yes! |

| LOL at the very 1st part of this last episode: "A Titan!...It's sure big!...Run! You'll be eaten!" (SnK reference) Having a Dekantea van is pretty quite convenient!...the only problem is, we all though Taihei is a competent drive but it seems that he's a very nervous driver! so instead, Bonba is now the driver! Nice! Ebina's boos is BIG as ever! (i wanna rape her because of that jugs!) I laugh-out-loud as soon as I saw Kirie shocked facial expression the time she saw her big brother Bonba! and then Bonba was also shocked when he saw Ebina especially Umaru! but he's dumb not noticing Kirie...his own imouto... Ebina like an Angel! (SnK reference again [the one with Krista Lenz]) Sylphine was also at the beach, 4 of them girl had a lot of fun! Sylph's bro is just chillin' out on a yacht! What a beautiful sunset scene! with the 4 girls! 5/5. 8/10. |

Why are there Nazi symbols? I looked on google maps and the Swastika is there as well. Edit: In Japan, the swastika is called manji; when you type out the word on your computer, chances are the swastika symbol will come up (卍). The manji doesn't have the kind of stigma in Japan as it does in the West, and is used pretty frequently in Buddhist tradition. The more you know. |
