| Probably the first episode I've liked in a while. The concept of a "Kamiya faction" is pretty interesting. I hope it gets fleshed out. |

| 4/5 The episode suffers from the usual discontent seen previously, storytelling and confusing with many voids which makes up the plot, but even if smoky, manages to be intriguing, let's hope they do not ruin this period also, as before! Mikoto, it shows much the star of Touma, and far more badass. Compared to Railgun |

| The beginning was hilarious. The story itself wasn't bad, but it's episode 18 already, and up to now only a bunch of random stuffs has happened up till now. I'd like to see some development as well. |

This part was hilarious xD. -They changed the hot-dogs too o.O I guess this relationship advances xD. -And lol Misaka solved Touma's homework in seconds. A nice set of blushes :D       |

| Man, that moment where Mikoto was ignored by Touma gave me a good chuckle. I liked Mikoto so far as a character, so I don't welcome the extra tsundere shit. It makes her a lot less unique to me, cause at least so far she stood out because she wasn't part of Touma's harem. I found this episode pretty pointless, and the moment where the Aztec dude made Touma promise that he'd protect Mikoto... narmy as heck. If he had been more professional, or had stuck around longer than an episode, I may have been able to take this new guy seriously, but not this way. FTGT said: And what is Misakas reaction? She blushes and tries to negate whatever Touma has said, totally forgetting about the fact that there is a person dying which liked her a lot. What a cold hearted b...witch! I'm not trying to defend the episode, or the ending, but you may have failed to see the events from Mikoto's point of view. To her, this Aztec guy was just someone who stalked her for a week, then even tried to kill her friend, Touma. Why would it be her responsibility that this stranger developed some sort of a weird crush on her? Not to mention that Aztec dude is not confirmed to be dead by the end of the episode, and he was the one who caused the catastrophic failure in the steel frame in the first place. |

| We had a about 3 minutes of a certain occasional headbiter at the start, and Misaka x Touma for the rest. I don't really ship them but I do enjoy seeing the zapper, as far as relationships go though her dynamic with Kuroko is more humorous and entertaining |
| So,we see the new element of Kamijou forces. I think that started last time from Touma's dad doing occult stuff. Index proved to be really useful this episode. But I really ship Touma with Index. Not only is Index hot as hell, she is the right one to account for Touma's misfortune. I don't ship Misaka that much now. Next episode is my most awaited ship. Accelerator x Last Order y'all. This blows all other ships out of the water. Hell yeah. BTW, what is up with the censoring of words. It was cool in other series like Code Geass, but it is not cool here at all. |

| So what did Touma say to the dying guy anyway? I fucking hate it when anime do that "only show the lip movement" cliche. That's got to be the laziest and dumbest way to create mystery. Either let the viewers hear the character speak, or cut out the shot entirely. What's the point in half-assing it? And turns out the higher ups are already afraid of Touma's growing number of waifus allies. He's doing pretty good for a guy who's supposed to always stumble into misfortunes and got labelled as "the plague" because of it. |
| Em.. Why can't just Misaka say that she's not interested in relationship to that guy, and that's it, nothing personal?.. Even if he's director's son or whatever, if she'll say she's not interested in any relationships, it's fair enough answer, really.. Hm.. Well, it makes sense that Touma gathered very powerful people from both of the world.. I guess it can piss off both mages, church, group after science driven espers.. From the outside he really can seem like he's planning a revolution or something and gathering strong followers.. Just why they had to mute Touma's words, though.. If he is going to protect Misaka or not.. It doesn't make any sense.. Oh well.. I guess reactions describe, what he said pretty much anyway.. Something ambiguous, it seems.. Which can be taken as protection, and as romance, but ambiguous.. |
