| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The students not knowing that guy, so they "don't understand" what he said. Then a new girl appearing, a head of the academy? The talk about the legend. The character voiced by Ishida-san looking at the image of the singer. Guys and girls are in the same class and they are nervous. Group activity and the two + Zessica are one, except the guy doesn't have that electrifying stuff on. A training for real Aquarion (no berserking). An accident about one of the staff? They saw "Mykage" guy, the fallen angel and one of them died. No love between guy and girl is allowed to protect from that happening. And he's been shooting the guy to stop him from the feeling. The girl getting the girl's brother and Namikawa-san's character imagining them as BL is lol~ Read hair enemy came. The girl being jealous of Zessica's love attack to the guy, and sunset with violinist playing the music. The girl became unconscious because the guy came. "Forbidden meeting"? |

 Episode was utterly hilarious. Never would I have thought a donut could be used so figuratively. Curious if we will ever see all team combos fight it out, or just focus on the main one. Amata floating never gets old. I must praise the music, background ost and opening and ending. |

| Most of the episode was hilarious. Just watching the kids get shocked every second was fun to watch. Mikono was cute, like always, but Zessica's actions confused me. Is she trying to get Mikono jealous so she'll finally stop being so shy? Or does she really like Amata? I would just say she was just being a troll but those angry faces she was making told me otherwise. Even though I don't really like yaoi, I found Shrade and Cayenne drinking from the same cup hilarious. But it was probably because of Sazanka's(?) overreaction.:P Sorry if I sound like a fangirl but.. Kagura is hot. o.o.I sure hope we will see more of him, if you know what I mean. ^^ My only complaint with him is that he is such a moment killer! >.>. It was such a nice scene and then here he comes with his hotness and ruins it, he really should've read the atmosphere instead of following his nose. :P*pun intended* It seems that next episode will be action-packed instead of comedy and romance so I can't wait for it. :) It's been a while since we've had one of those. :) |

| So this anime's theme is that strong love will cause disaster right? So I think that Kagura is actually Apollo and Mikono is Silvia. Apollo and Silvia's love is so strong so if the two met then disaster will happen, that's is why they are calling Mikono and Kagura a forbidden lovers because it make sense if the two of them are actually the reincarnation of Apollo and Silvia. But to tell you the truth I still prefer Mikono and Amata to be together because they are a cute couple... and I love Mikono she's just so cute!! But after seeing that Mikono's love meter turns red after she met Kagura, I get the feeling that she will end up with Kagura... and if that happen then the only one left for Amata is Zessica, it's not like I hate her but I'm not really into tomboy type so much but she's still a good character though. Even so I will hold on this slim hope that Mikono and Amata will end up together!!! |

| A short time ago boys and girls at the academy were separated by the Berlin wall. Now they are allowed to mingle, but they are punished if their emotions go too deep. I suspect that eventually they will realize to get the maximum power out of their robots, the pilots need to be able to love. Some interesting triads there: the fujoshi with Shrade and Cayenne, horndog Andy with manhater Mix and a "neko" doll, and of course Amata with Mikono and Zessica--now that's a polyamorous combo I'd like to see in more detail... |

| Some romcom developments this episode, easy and enjoyable stuff. Zessica is win all the way. Just look at where dat ass is. And honestly, i don't care about Mikono so that redhair could as well just get her but that'd mean Cayenne's dark vision coming true and shit would happen. I'll just adore the 2nd girl yet again this series without harder feelings, Amata's faggy anyway. ┐(￣ー￣)┌ |

| EVOL is looking to be one of the best mecha shows for a long time, and getting better by the week. There are just loads of awesome characters and the production values are just formidable. |

| The visuals are a feast for the eyes, I couldn't get enough of the wonderful backgrounds and the BGM isn't too shabby either. Overall this episode was pretty hilarious and the main couple (a.k.a. Amata and Mikono) was really endearing this episode again. I think now it should be obvious that Mikono is something special among the element owners especially with the nice donut allegory by ZEN. |

| Love this episode!! Even though there is no gattai scene... hahah This episode is just hilarious with Andy pervy thoughts.. Do I sense a ANdyXMIX :) Sazanka is just funny with her yaoi BL fantasies!! Crea was really cute!! Love her! Fudo ZEN! with his eccentric way of teaching with donuts??? XD Donar background was very tragic.. taking out by shooting amata butt.. Amata is such a butt monkey for being the main character of the show :P Zessica was just flirt and being fanservy in the good way. OMG!! Finally kagura in this episode was just pure LOVEEE~~~ Just hot when he flip his hair when jumping from the water and just appeared and grab mikono and licks her hand!! *Any girl would blush* Such a cliffhanger.. can't wait for the next episode!! |

| i might be blinded by how horrible the first Aquarion was (imo ofc), but this one isnt that bad, then again you can kinda tell where the show is going, which means its plot isnt really that thick |

| Seeing the students getting electrocuted and Amato getting his ass punctured by small darts was pretty interesting to watch. Mix may be a bitch, buts she's fiery hot babe. And those...CANNONS! *gets electrocuted* |
| This episode didn't have -nearly- enough Andy. Aside from that, hell yes. Didn't match episode 4, obviously, but still a 5/5 episode. Laughed way more than I expected to. |

The story hasn't really set itself up yet, and it aready has a dozen or so plot lines going on, with a number of questions being raised. What's the link between Amata and Kagura? What are the other relationships between the new characters and the ones from the first series? Where will the Andy/Mix, Cayenne/Shrade, Suomi/Donar, etc character dynamics go? What the hell is the green stuffed doll? Crea? Other characters that've barely been expanded on? Who is Alicia? How does she relate to Amata?And with characters from another dimension? What is the antagonists' homeworld? How does it tie into the human's planet? What's with the shattered moon on the human's Earth, despite the completed moon being featured prominently in the OP? Who is Mykage? Are the antagonist humans actually evil? Why is their planet so much more modern and industrialized than Earth? The list goes on. It's a decently dense show by today's standard. ohh snap! well Nyron looks like you've given it a bit of thought. i didnt notice the moon.damn. |
| I believe the most important question of all is why Zen doesn't have the same voice actor as Gen. And what crazy awesome thing happened that took out his right eye. Since, let's face it, Fudo is the true protagonist of the Aquarion series. |
