| Ok. So Akatsuki no Yona ended today and it kind of marks the beginning of the end for late Fall 2014 and early Winter 2015 anime. Your Watching list is getting cut up good bro. I can already see the myriad thread titles for the coming weeks --- "Parasyte best anime of 2015?", "(Insert anime title) had a rushed ending", "(Insert anime title) did not stick to the manga", "Why did (insert anime character) have to die in the end?", "Death Parade way deeper than it seems", "Kantai Collection most underrated anime of the season", "Why did Deen f*ck up Log Horizon 2?". . . And oh my globbers, all the Aldnoah Zero threads that will come up later in the week, most probably pertaining to best girl guy in Inaho vs. Slaine. So long story short, this week and the coming weeks, expect a lot of angry fans that didn't get the ship or ending they wanted, expect lots of threads with polls for best anime of the season, and probably more than anything, expect (more) threads hyping up Spring 2015 anime. I just wanted to bring this up because you can't please everyone. For example, there are already some Parasyte manga fans complaining that the anime actually followed the manga plot. Not digging this ending either, but I can't imagine tomorrows episode to lower the score. |

| Akatsuki no Yona was Good, I would rate it top 10 of the year just because it was something I could watch with my girlfriend and not be like OH MY GOD WHY IS THAT GIRL GETTING GROPED BY AN OLD MAN THIS IS A ROMANCE ANIME AIMED AT 13 YEAR OLDS which was nice. But yeah I think this season is done and we gotta prepare for all the hating and super fanboys |

| I expect spring to be better than fall or winter was, with fewer dropped shows. At least I hope. Though I picked up some PTW that I'm pretty sure I'll probably drop as they aren't my typical cup of tea, like Show by Rock and Pleiades, just curious about them. And I might be pleasantly surprised. That said, I have to clear out my watch list now that everything is ending from fall/winter in time for the 3rd. |
