Is 'Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood' still entertaining if I already watched 'Fullmetal Alchemist'??

You can find out by going to FMAB's board and finding similar threads(because there are ones about the same thing).

i only watched the brotherhood, but for what i think i know... the one you saw does not fallow the manga... so they have diferent story lines, so y you will enjoy brotherhood.

gl for one of the best animes out there

A okay. I wanted to start a longer show that I didn't watch before. I had three animes in my mind that are still on my 'to do' list: a) FMA: B b) Eureka Seven c) Gintama
And I was tending to a) or b) and wanted to clarify that I may enjoy it even the fact that I already watched FMA.

FMA: B isn't just entertaining, it's leaps and bounds better than FMA.

And that's saying something since FMA was pretty good.

FMA: B focuses more on the story and less on the silly stuff.

Definitely. Unless, in the unlikely event, you didn't actually like FMA.

Definitely not. That is to say, the 2 shows have their own value based on their different appeal. Whether you prefer one over the other comes after you've watched both.

So basically, if you feel invested enough in the Elric brothers, I'd suggest you watch FMA:B as well.

Fma.b is better, the beginning is similar but less detailed. Things get really good though around episode 12, and each episode improves on the last. I highly recommend it, especially since you saw the original.
I didn't come here to play, I came to win. Now lets play.

FMA:B takes a different route at a certain episode and thus leads you to a new adventure, not akin the original you watched

FMA:B is just another generic shounen and has a compeltely new story

I think FMA is a lot better but sadly because the writers went original there are many plotholes and the story isn't nearly as coherent
