I regularly have to cry or at least shed a tear or two. But not without any standards whatsoever, if something is written badly, stupidly, ridiculously, hilariously, terribly etc... I can't get any emotional attachment. Or when a show kills everyone before we can get attached to them and then lazily tries to flesh them out in their dying moments with flashbacks or something. Agk and Terraformars come to mind. Zero emotions for both. But for shows with Bokurano or Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 I even have to cry when I only watch the recap years after I finished the series.
I probably regret this post by now.

I get emotional sometimes, depends on what you are watching.

I mean I am a guy & I still get those manly tears every sad bit. -_-

I don't really cry as in bawling my eyes out, but I have caught several times when a show, or even a particular scene in a show managed to make my eyes water at the very least.

Yes, a lot of the time I do. It does depend on the show for me though. Many times I find myself watching a show that should be emotionally, but I feel nothing about it. Other times the show should not be emotional, but for some reason I make it emotional.

It's confusing.

I just cried a little for Yuuki Yuuna today. I do remember having recently cried for another airing anime but I forgot which already.

I do sometimes cry, but rarely do I cry to the point of needing tissues. Mostly just watery-eyed with a few drops falling. Though I cry more on anime that I wasn't expecting much drama.

I'd say it depends on the anime. Sometimes I'll cry and shake my fists at the heavens, other times I'll laugh and think, "oh look, a sad"

Strangely, I often find myself teary eyed in moments of triumph ex: when mc screams like a caveman as he slashes/impales/magic poops the bad guy I to pieces. I'm currently watching gurren lagann and I get emotional whenever someone says, "Just who the hell do you think I am?"

It really depends. I get more emotional if I spend enough time with the characters to get attached to them. It helps if the anime is 23+ episodes for that.

I get emotional when watching anime, but I never shed a tear until today actually. The last scene in the 9th episode of Monster got to me. It was one of the most touching things I have ever witnessed.

I cry almost every time I watch an episode. That probably speaks volumes about my psychological state.

Sometimes. When the story, characters or something happens that is sad. Or when I didn't I wait for something.

Depends on the anime, there's anime that do and dont.
Few Examples that did or do; One Piece, Clannad and Death Note
Few Examples that didnt; 70% of my finished anime?

I guess it depends on the anime. I was emotional when Hughes (FMA) was killed, and also when Rosette (Chrono Crusade) died. Sometimes depending on the situation, I react accordingly.

I actually don't think I cried when he died. FMA was one of the only shows I didn't cry very much if at all.

Only when I'm under the influence of various substances. Otherwise I just enjoy the cuteness of a show.

I feel like I'm watching anime is NOT a hobby anymore.

It's a serious business.

I dunno how am I gonna say this & it makes no sense to you guys but it keeps me irritated anytime whatever bad 'things' happens in any show that I've seen (besides Tokyo Ghoul, SAO II, Aldnoah.zero) which I really give a shit about.

I guess people have different feelings, different mindsets after all, I guess.

I cried at the ending of the Chimera Ant arc in HxH.
I got goosebumps when Netero faced the King.
I didn't know what to do with my life after I had seen Steins;Gate.
I felt sad when Alucard came back to life and Integra was all old and shit in Hellsing Ultimate.

So yes, I can get very emotional.
