| I'm cautiously optimistic. It looks like they have managed to improve their CG to make the look good from the short amount of footage in the trailer. Maybe it's a mix of booth CG and hand drawn animation? Akito was already ass because of the story so it's not like it would have made those movies good, but I really hated the CG 15 fps-slide show mech animation used in those movies. Btw, I too am disappointed that this is project is in form of several movies. Was hoping for a seasonal with the weekly ebb and flow of a story. Instead you'll just be waiting a long time for movie releases. Stinks. |

| I hope this is not just to satisfy the fans or to grab some cash... ......I can only hope that this turns out to be something like "CODE GEASS" ......... I hope, it reaches that level in writing, the plot n characters......... I hope they do justice to all. Not just a mere movie, because somehow Linked with "Code Geass" itself makes it risky to give the viewers that level of satisfaction n thrill, after a solid 2seasons, that is really hard for a s3 to reach,, all the alternatives felt dumbass........... except Resurrection which could be a good sequel to the trilogy, only if they had put more emphasis on the plot n extended it season wise instead. Lelouch's resurrection could've reached a legendary heights. Anyway, I'll not diverge from the topic and wait for it to drop. |
