| Why haven't the total chapters of Haikyuu!! been updated? As I know, Haikyuu!! ended in chapter 402. Or perhaps it will have a few more chapters? |

| @Lawl1et You're right, it's 402 Chapters total. ... I don't know why there's a downsize lackluster workload of updated manga chapters/volumes/dates being updated from MAL. I've noticed many of the latest completed ones not being updated at all, even after I report them with the correct info to update. On the right corner of the title, click the 'Edit Manga Information', then click chapters/volumes and enter the correct amount of chapters. I just did it myself so maybe it'll make alert MAL quicker. |
| From Manga Database Guidelines: IV.1 All Entries IV.1.1 Chapter counts include not only the series’ chapters but also any included one-shots, side-stories, prologues and oddly numbered chapters. IV.2 Publishing/Just Finished Series IV.2.2 Chapters will remain as Unknown until the final volume is released, so that we may total serialized chapters and extras/one-shots for a final chapter count. Moderators may choose to bypass this if all previously published volumes did not contain any extras and a sufficient number of pages have been serialized for a full final volume. The final volume of Haikyuu!! still has not yet been released. As such, the total amount of chapters cannot be added yet, as there still may be extra chapters that will be released alongside the main chapters. So yes, you are right in saying that it may have a few more chapters. |
