legolasdf | Jul 12, 2016 3:16 PM now for some kind of staff nl.. super duper temporary and nothing fancy. but it'll be better later on xD thank Yui for the banner while I'm on phone lol Vintage Project officially opens today. along with it will be the revised layout and club dp, which Yui coded together in his workclub. and the staff badges (which is pretty different compared to the blueprint all those ideas~ xD) those on admin list we have now are the Honor crew. Honor crew reserve first IDs. the Secret Service are not on list but still considered staffu and are in on staff updates, etc. SS crew are to request member IDs along with regular members~ if curious about what the Secret Service and Honor crew are, pls look up the Overview(which I still need to edit lol). we have a total of 2 monthly editions. there's potential ideas coming but not for now~ - *x month* birthday editions: happens near end of each month. everyone who signed up will be added to checklist, each cm will strike out who they made a card for, hopefully we have enough cm to cover everyone and then some xD - nominated editions: themes suggested each month with voters getting extras. thread needs to be made - suggested editions/claims: this isn't a must but at least 1 a month to be done, if anyone is available~ I still need to fix the Overview. there's also Anime Familia that'll need a new name and layout :o planning to work on that couple days after the club gets started. there'll be a Reception Desk thread few days from now, it's a name I thought up that sounds fitting for the club, as for what it'll have...I'm still thinking about it.. oh and only the crew can put up other club editions on the club page, provided they're part of the crew and if the other club doesn't mind. and yes, SS crew can do that too, just pm me or Yui~ affiliations and other things still need arranging but for now, just enjoy the club and prepare for the opening edition, our Grand Debut! p.s (the fun part): staff badges are up, please edit the 2nd post of staff chat with ur request. if u receive this announcement but aren't on crew list, u can choose to be SS or Honor crew. if Honor crew, just write in staffchat and Yui will add u to admin list to edit in ur request. if SS, then message me or Yui ur request + alias/codename (give a render, u will receive silhouette badge), we will edit it in for u. note: SS crew work behind the scenes. if u prefer being a ninja, go with this xD Blog - Comment

Written by Renkurana [size=90] For those wondering why we don't deliver newsletter that often, we only do it whenever we have something to write about. It's not really worth sending out newsletter with only a bit of information, especially if the only thing that's happening are the usual card editions. But this month, we have something important to talk about: Male Characters/Bishie Month Yep, starting in July, we will have a Male Characters/Bishie month. During that month, all cards editions and their cards will feature only males, Why? Because ever since Autumn, almost all of our card editions have featured nothing but female characters and barely any male characters. It's enjoyable for the male members of the club, but unfair to the female members. So, July will be dedicated to both our female staff and the female members. Hopefully, you girls will be happy with what we decided c: Guys, you're more than welcome to join :3 Here's the club editions we'll be doing in July: July 2nd - Butlers July 9th - Dramatical Murder July 16th - Shirtless Guys July 23rd - Kuroko no Basket July 30th - Yaoi There are also solos and collabs that will be done at random times. As usual, remember to keep an eye on the club. editions may be postponed based on our schedule -------------------- Card Edition Participation for Members Those that visited the club comments should know what this is about. Key note: This is not a confirmed event yet. Why? Because we want to know if anybody is interested at all. This idea is adapted from Celilia and her club, Celilia's Wonderland. Some of you old members may remember it, It's a monthly thing she did. Basically, each month, there's a specific them that is picked by the staff. Both staff and participating members would make cards based on that theme. That's pretty much the basic info for now since we haven't decided whether to have it or not. However, we can't do it unless the members are interested in participating with it. So how do we find out how many people are interested? In the coming week, I'll have a thread with more details on it and you guys can let me know if you're interested or not. You can even suggest themes for us to do, which would make it easier on us to figure the theme. Any questions or concerns with it, feel free to PM me. -------------------- Other news Raffle Event: During the 2nd half of July, we'll have a raffle again. The prizes will mostly likely be the same, but we'll try to add more. More information to come during July Staff Recruitment: Here's our thread. We changed so that you don't need any prior experiences with card making. However, you must be willing to improve over time in both card making and graphics. Speaking of staff, we have new and returning staff members. So yeah, we plan to be more active now, especially since it's the summer break. Past Editions Thread: It will not open this month due to various IRL stuff. Club Activity: Some of you have expressed concerns about the activity within our club, especially the club comments. The only thing I'm saying about this is: it takes both the staff and members to keep the club active. Us staff can only do so much. Installing a system since le staff is so freaking HUGE I've started keeping an eye on who participates in what and who is active where so that i can choose staff appreciation. But i think from now on I will also use it to make sure people are being active. If after 3 months i see that you haven't been doing much of anything you'll get a warning from me. If it continues on without change or plan for change for another couple months I'll have to remove you :/ However if you end up able to be active again later you can always reapply. This mostly applies to the new people who are in trial mode. 4. Joker has joined us as a game maker! Shes bringing a fabulous OP game to race that some of you may remember. But the main thing is that when shes done with that she'll do other games in which she may need helpers! So think about whether youd be up for helping her out with those xD 5.
