Same setting : An innocence teacher with three perverted kids.  

In both Kodomo no Jikan and Mitsudomoe - a new teacher starts teaching a class of strange/somehow perverted kids. In both, at first it is tough for the teacher as the kids hate him but they grow to like him. Both are really funny and enjoyable!  

Both have male teachers just starting out. Both have 3 main loli's, a kind one, a strong one, and a scary one. Both have a lot of perverted humor.

Mitsudomoe is like the same anime in an alternate universe. It's actually really surprising how similar these two animes are. While Kodomo no Jikan is very controversial and I'm not too sure who the demographic is supposed to be for it, Mitsudomoe is genuinely funny and a lot less sexual and overall, just a much better show overall (in my opinion, of course). 

Both are ecchi-loli-comedy with 3 pre-teen naughty heroines making problem's for innocent teacher. Mitsudomoe is much funnier, more realistic, and less perverted than Kodomo no Jikan while still containing a bit of ecchi humour.  

I was really surprised by how similar these shows are.I like to think of Mitsudomoe as Kodomo no Jikan without the teacher student love theme.They both have sexual humor and are about a teacher and three girls who are causing him lots of trouble. 

While Mitsudomoe is less ecchi centred, both still have a troublesome pack of three lolis who bully their teacher and cause trouble. If tri-loli mayhem was a genre, these two would fit.

Comedy, slice of life, scenario based and can be adventerous are a trate both anime's share, aswell as the character types; the fact that both revolve around three very different sisters for a start: - The oldest is a ring leader; in Minami-Ke, the oldest is said to be an ex gang memeber, whilst in Mitsudome, the oldest 'leads her class' and can be quite sinister - The middle sister in both series's is hyperactive - The youngest is quite intellectual, yet socially awkward, wears a aloff expression and is fairly quiet  

Both have similar styles of humor. Mitsudomoe goes more along the ecchi line of things whereas Minami-ke follows a more straight up Slice of Life humor. 

Linked by a name and a common environment, separated by the rest. Masahiko Ohta directs these two animations that portrays the daily lives of three so different sisters. "Minami-ke" is well-behaved, familiar, slow, a true "slice-of-life" that if it doesn't generate many laughs, at least can give the viewer a good amount of light and warm stories. In turn, the restless "Mitsudomoe" is often inconvenient and controversial with his heavy and questionable jokes of sexual nature, made ​​around sixth grade students - but it is hugely funny at the same time that is so wrong, "Mitsudomoe" and "Minami-ke" are so opposite that in the end this recommendation may fail in what is its purpose: create a link between two similar works. Mitsudomoe and Minami-ke centers around the everyday life of three sisters, all of them with totally different personalities. Mitsudomoe is MUCH more twisted and dirtier than Minami-ke. Minami-ke has much more depth both in plot and carachters. 

Both animes are slice-of-life comedies about three very different sisters.  

3 girls and 3 girls both are siblings.. talks about everyday life and hilarious jokes.. 

A sister trio that only knows of making life fun as a trio. There's no boring day for the Minami or Marui sisters. Everything is filled with some kind of wild event, trying to make the most out of life. It's all the same business in both anime. School is funny. People coming over is funny. Interacting is funny. Mitsudomoe however is more surreal and crazy with what it pulls compared to Minami-ke's relatively tame and real life of sisters living with one another. Take what you will, they are still both goof school comedies, quite episodic too.  

Similar to this series but a slight bit more Lighthearted and airy.  

If you're looking for a plot-less Anime, solely for situational humor, then Ichigo Mashimaro and Mitsudomoe both fit your needs. 

same style of comedy, very fun in a way you just can't stop laughing,perverted stuff 

Similar comedy based with some dirty jokes. Follows an adult having to deal with children who all have a stereotypical personality. Generally same feel to them. 

Kids are really weird, and try to get the teacher to fall in love (Ayu with herself, the triplets with the nurse) in extremely weird ways. Mitsudomoe is very perverted, and Hanamaru is very innocent. 

both about new teacher and kids [= but in Mitsudomoe it's school kids and in Hanamaru Youchien it's Kindergarten kids . 

both revolve around 3 girls and their teacher and both have dirty jokes, basicaly the same just with an age difference. 

It's fun being a kid. Hanamaru and Mitsudomoe would very much agree with that. A life that only knows of care-free times, both these anime just go on and do a ton of childish stuff you'd expect children to do, for the most part anyway. Whether that be dreaming of the most inane fantasies on earth or doing other surreal trickster nonsense, it seems both are able to propel themselves into high-quality works utilising their premise to the full with all the weird and wonderful things that happen here. Good comedies about kids doing kids' stuff.  

Both are quite similar in perversion and humor. Mitsudomoe is more teenage oriented perversion while Seitokai is more mature. 

Both are gag comedie setted in school. Both are full of dirty humor and misunderstandings. While Seitokai Yakuindomo is about student council, Mitsudomoe is more about relationship between teacher and students. 

Also they have a slight different setting (High School in Seitokai Yakuindomoe - Elementary School in Mitsudomoe) and different aged characters both series offer parts of the daily life of their protagonists and have lots of dirty but funny jokes. 

Similar comedy, slightly younger characters (or so I believe) and a little more ecchi. I found that Nichijou filled the void after Mitsudomoe S1 and S2 were finished airing. 

Nichijou is by far superior in animation quality and humour although Mitsudomoe has the same feel and pacing, Mitsudomoe is a bit more on the odd sexual side of humour compared to Nichijou but both have really great comedic moments. If you are after something to sit bac, zone out and laugh too they are two peas in a pod and if you like one you should like the other.  

Pretty similar in case of how the episodes are laid out -- a bunch of short stories in each episode. The humor is pretty similar too. Biggest difference is probably the characters. 

no need to waste time on gym and waste money for expensive healthy foods, cuz these two series can gives you not just 6 but 7 pack abs. their jokes are very hilarious. lets say, mitsudomoe is the girl version of danshi kokousei. :D enjoy! 

Both are slice-of-life style with hilarious nonsense moments. Mitsudomoe has way more ecchi than Azumanga 

Both are slice of life anime that dont rely on Panty shots to make you laugh. Both are hilarious with an interesting and unique set of characters. 

Both titles show some quite unique humor except PSWG's graphic decision is exceptional and Mitsudomoe looks like your average school anime (though for me it's not). Jokes are often rude, vulgar and on the edge in both shows. 

They share similar humor, like dirty jokes,lack of common sense,fourth wall break(more in gintama),misunderstanding jokes etc... also some warm moments here and there 

Basically Mitsudomoe and Lucky star are episodic anime series about school girls depicted in moe fashion, just slight animation and art differences. Both shows are full of comedy in each and every episode, occasional (and blatant) reference humor to other TV shows and animes (Mitsudomoe likes using Power Rangers and Lucky Star uses Haruhi). These two shows are both centered around a group of girls, Lucky Star is supposed to be about high schoolers but look like they're the same age as the elementary school cast of Mitsudomoe. The only slightly significant difference is that Mitsudomoe has more male side characters whereas Lucky Star has like two. Lucky Star seems more popular among viewers with Mitsudomoe receiving less attention when it's just as funny the former. Overall, laid back shows that deserve a watching, especially if you need a laugh. read more

Three cute girls in a cute environment messing with a grown up man. Both series are similar in many aspects, though Mitsudomoe goes a little more ecchi.
