I highly recommend it.

Now before I continue, there were only 19 episodes subbed for this series and most of the resulting subs were either sub-par to horrible to acceptable. This was due to having 3 different fansubs from the superb subs from the original fansub group (MENCLAVE) to the infamously "horrible" fansub group Mendoan. When I state "horrible', I meant the English composition that one will read when watching the series from episodes 8 onwards.

Another note: After episode 7, Bandai Visual bought the rights and any viewer of the series will no doubt, notice how inferior the subs got once the announcement was made read more

Well then before i begin, there is something you should know... This series has only 19 episode English subbed only. I have included a short summary of episode 20-26 to the best of my ability and please forgive me if the information isn't 100% correct.

The beginning is very face past and really hooks you in. The 4th episode is a recap of the 3 fast pace episode. If you survive that then your in for somewhat of a treat.
The storyline does have its fascinating points. If the author expanded the story, i can almost guarantee this anime could've been very popular. It has action, read more

This is one of the better latest mecha i have seen. It's derected by Yasuchika Nagaoka and Eiichi Sato, and produced by Aniplex and Satelight. It started in 2007 on TV Tokyo and has 26 episodes.

The music is ok and it has 2D+3D graphics like most of the recent mecha anime. Nice!

The story is set in the future, year A.D. 2031. Human race is enjoying a prosperous existence until strange life forms called Hadeans appear. Huge swarms of strange bugs and colosal monsters.

They suddenly begin to multiply and assault the human population. As a countermeasure, mankind organizes the Neo International Defense Force (N.I.D.F.) to read more

Let's see for a series that spent the first 3 episodes speeding through the story at such a fast pace why on earth they'd use the 4th episode as a recap is beyond me. You'd think they had better things to do with episodes if they were rushing so much.

Honestly the pace was so fast i thought i was on the wrong episode or something. But i probably shouldn't complain since i actually liked the recap (which is rare) because i was able to comprehend things i didn't get the first time (cuz it was too fast).

Anyway that was the beginning. Come episode 5 read more

Anime: Baldr Force Exe Resolution
The characters in both series (I mean Souma Toru and Shu Aiba) are contained up they get their freedom in exchange for fighting against evil. Although the situations are different, Toru is a hacker who acquires a vindictive motive while Shu wants to see Yuno (and regain your memory)
Also both have a reality with many difficulties and some devastated.
Baldr Force Exe Resolution is more concise, with a better story and plot and with dramatic aggregates.

Anime: Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse
Both series begin showing an apocalypse where aliens bodies brutally attack to mankind, showing bloody scenes with some mechas involved.
The beginning of both animes is intense, the first 3 episodes in the case of the Kiss Dum and in the case of MUV the first two.
The difference is that after those intense episodes Kiss Dum maintains an acceptable story and action, while MUV change to harem with very little of military aspect.
Furthermore, both male protagonists has a history with their 'female heads'

Anime: Uchuu no Kishi Tekkaman Blade
The idea of the Hardians (Kiss Dum) having a slight similarity with the Radams (Tekkaman Blade).
Of course, the notion of Radams is much better prepared and developed, and that action is better in Tekkaman also.
