I've been watching "Tokyo Revengers", currently on ep 21 and thinking of giving it a 6/10.

Update: I finished Gokushufudou and really enjoyed it! The whole "Tatsu using yakuza language for everyday tasks" kinda got old sometimes, but overall, it was a pretty charming series.

I finished 86 just now. It did exactly what I predicted. While my mind has changed a bit from when I did a prelim review, (unfortunately) my rating will still stay the same. The problems are just too big to ignore.

At the end of the day, the show managed to portray emotions similar to how it would feel like when you're actually in a war. That much I can agree with, though that's about it. The severe lack of substance in favour of generating melodrama heavily crippled any potential this show could have had.
