You're welcome by the way and after doing some research on linguistics, I found out that Southern Min (any others of the Min Chinese language family too) has simpler particles with more consistent grammatical function than its Japanese counterpart.

Japanese people rarely ever use ya, tomo, kashira, dano, sa, zo, chatta, e, o and mon. None of which that ever appeared on a page of Instant Japanese.

After having read Silent Möbius QD, I've been thinking of reading indie comics like Saga and Transmetropolitan. Those comics are enough to satisfy disgruntled Battletech, Star Wars and Warhammer 4K fans.

As of late, I prefer Japanese sci-fi franchises (indie comics too) to big name sci-fi franchises from the west. I have no nostalgia for Star Trek (I'm not that old; I merely grew up with 80s and 90s kids shows) so I prefer Gundam, Macross, Captain Harlock or Star Blazers.

I do like Clone Wars, '84 Transformers, Robocop TAS, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Birdman, Space Ghost, Batman Beyond, Beast Wars, Max Steel and Thundercats though.

I prefer the term "Social Injustice Enforcers" when it comes to those who fight culture wars against anything they perceive as "woke" or DEI/ESG/CRT/whatever the boogeyman buzzword of the day is. Depending on location, they may also be North American Trumpist Social Injustice Enforcers, a.k.a. NATSIEs.

I've been playing the original Sakura Wars and Star Ocean 2 for the first time.

I'm also halfway done with Silent Möbius QD. Kia Asamiya is such an underrated mangaka and the only one that I know with a birthday practically next door to yours. He definitely deserves a western audience that appreciates his hard work.

I also got to keep up with some Tenchi OVAs.

So sorry I'm replying so late! I've been ill for a longer time.
It's so frustrating and I feel so angry some people treat you that way. They feel as if there's no punishment when you do things on the internet and that they are totally free when it comes to trolling and harrassing. It makes me sick as I often see such comments. I remember one independent journalist from Poland was being constantly attacked by some hater and when she finally told him she was going to report him to the police, he started apologising. Such a nasty guy and a coward. Again, I'm so sorry -- sending lots of love!

Ahhh, I totally get it -- it's so difficult to buy stuff that you really dream to have and sometimes it is nowhere to be found (>_<) And btw -- it reminded me some anime that is on Crunchyroll or Netflix isn't available in Poland -- it annoys me so much hahah （；へ：）
I know how you feel, I've experienced this feeling too. And I have problems drawing hands too!! I've always liked drawing but since last summer, I've really stuck to it and I can see results now ^_^ but you know, it always amazes me to see people's progress so posting early stuff is great too :3
Oh yes!!!!!!!!! Please do tell me, I haven't been yet to any convention as I've been watching anime for like two years (?) I remember how my cousin effectively made not want to watch it when I was eleven xD but watching Studio Ghibli films and thanks to my bf, I do like it now ^_^ I'm sure you'll look great!! Will it be some cosplay (if so, which character?) :3 and I think he'll like the convention too!

That's understandable, and I agree in that further growth of inclusivity in the community would be very appreciated. As for being emotional, I would say that's just a natural part of internet flamewars because they can get rather unpleasant and frustrating, especially towards people like us. While I do feel like anime in general is becoming more accommodating, that unfortunately can't flush out all the unpleasantness within the fandom that remains. Still, if there's anything I can do to help, then I will try my best to be of assistance.

It's definitely great to have someone else who has a similar situation to me, and I'm really glad you're trying to push back on the bigots on the site, so that is very much appreciated! It is often very discouraging to encounter people like that in the forums and the wider anime community (not to mention irl too), so I'm glad there's other people like us who can fight back against their hatred here.

And yeah, online communities are often like that which frustrates me a lot since I read/watch more meaningful stuff and in such places there's a whole plethora of ppl who are on the entirely different side -- when I've met you, I finally felt there ARE people with whom I CAN have a meaningful conversation. you're so right - recently I've listened to an audiobook The Pornification of America by Bernadette C. Barton and I was so shocked by some things even though I'm quite aware of some issues. It really sucks. To know that some people watching p0rn can't really find themselves in real life relationships makes me so damn sad.

And goshh, these DVD sets must be amazing, I have to let my bf know about it cause he's a big fan too <3 and I get it, I'm still searching for a proper job as well and so I'm not able to purchase some of the manga I would love to read. I do love when they add concept art and sketches, it makes you feel you can really get to know the proccess of creating the manga, designing the characters etc. Since I'm drawing, it truly warms my heart. exactly!!!!! do you publish your artworks somewhere? This is unrelated to anything but I felt I should stop by and say: thank you for being kind online! You seem really sweet and it's a breath of fresh air to see someone on here who isn't just full of anger and hatred for no reason whatsoever. Also good as fuck taste, James in favorite characters is beyond based, so are Eva and '03 FMA in the anime section.

(Also LOLing at the Gundam pfp getting bigoted at you beneath me, shouldn't he be kissing other men or something? I wish /m/ trads would understand that normies think people who watch cartoons or build plastic robots, are freaks, too -- and they're never going to not look at them that way.)
