So far, what I've seen is that this show is in between boring and peaceful/relaxing. And all these timeskips, is this to somehow show how Frieren perceives time? That's interesting.

"I figured [the flowers] would be here" How? Does that tower have some unrevealed importance to her? Why did she spend months looking for them if they are found on a tower that took less than a day to travel to? is she stupid?

By a brain puzzle of extreme complexity. She brings her. Collecting strange spells. You can’t conjure flowers you haven’t seen before. She sleeps crazy. Nothing is happening. They are on the most boring quest of all time. She thinks friendship and flower crowns are gross. Learning a skill that allows you to support yourself. Phantom flies.

I'm really in love with the atmosphere of this show, the combination of visuals and music is just really soothing. And while it seems very slow, there is still so much happening in one episode. Frieren and Fern also make an interesting duo, not just in their actions but also in their conversations. If this continues like this it will be an easy 10/10.
