| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Saw the preaired episode online. The OP song is okay kinda catchy although also kinda cartoonish in terms of lyrics and style. We got the transported to world trope with Makoto in the beginning. Might have to get used to his voice and face a bit. Otherwise, it has elements of comedy with the main plot so far. They'll probably introduce the other main heroines but Tomoe so far (in her dragon form) is priceless. We even got to see her human form at the end of the episode! Amusing episode imo.  |

| The 3rd non-sequel Isekai of the season, and so far, this is my favourite of the 7-8 Isekai shows lot. A pretty good OP. The sterotypical Isekai tropes and cliches play out for this MC called Makoto Misumi, but the Tsukuyomi angle is really a breath of fresh air for comedy. Supposedly sent as a Hero, but declared as being disgusting by the goddess, what are the odds. But landing onsite, and the priceless comedy gets a lot more intuitive and hilarious. Nice to meet you, the highland orc Ema, and Makoto even gave you a close Kabedon for that. But Makoto has a lot to learn about the fantasy world, starting with magic, and it's an easy job. And already, Makoto is making enemies with a dragon? Makoto going all Bruce Lee-like, and having illusions to displace his patheticness against Tomoe the dragon, and Shin going all funny bones with it. In the end, this is like Tensei Slime, but on a comedic level. This completely broke my expectations for an Isekai show that I'll willing to pass, but WOW did this premiere episode did a lot of things right for me. Gonna be sticking to this one as one of the better Isekai this season IMO. |

| Fourth Isekai of the season. They really don't run out of Isekais. LOL But, honestly this might be the best one of all of them. Our protagonist Misumi is a really funny guy and the comedic elements of the show are on point. Also, funny to see that the poor guy was literally called an Ugly Guy by the goddess. That's really harsh. Also, he's really unlucky. Other than that, all other aspects are the same as every other Isekai out there. But, this show is quite funny in my opinion. So, that's what makes it better than all of them. The OP is really good as well. A great start to this show. I hope it can keep me intrigued and the comedic elements stay alive. |

| Great I was looking forward for this one, that adaptation is not disappointing so far and even the animation is better than most other isekai especially compared to the ones from this season, Tomoe's appearance was pretty fun, of course only the master-servant relationship works, now I can't wait for Mio next but seems like we'll probably not see Shiki or only at the end :( |

| Imagine being too ugly to be an isekai hero, beyond over. Or maybe not, Makoto is still special after all. Even Shenron aka waifu wanted to form a contract with him lol Also amusing how meta the episode started off and yeah, it summed up my thoughts as wellhow isekai are still the same at the end of the day For what it's worth, this could be still a fun ride. Comedy focus and decent production should carry. |

| It was okay. Not bad at all. Pretty standard isekai format. It kind of peeved me when he was upset about not getting any powers from the goddess at all when he's clearly pretty stacked. Oh well. Hope this turns out good~! |

| I don't know what to think of this... I randomly decided to check this out so I had no expectations going in but uh....well..... It's funny but.....in a really forgettable way... I don't know if it's just because in this episode Makoto mostly talks & makes commentary to himself or the background/premise was so "what the heck" (His parents were Isekai'd themselves and he has to be Isekai's cuz of parent's contract? Seriously? da heck reasoning is that?) And then Dragon suddenly wants to be his servant because of a "memory" she saw? That seems totally random too... So I mean....if I have nothing to do this time next week/in the coming weeks I'll keep watching to see where this goes but this is pretty bottom of the barrel for me personally.... TL;DR: For a series that appears to make fun/parody other Isekais I guess it will get the job done but other than that I don't see anything else going for it so far... |

| I did not now Ayaneru and Hayamin was casted, it was a great surprise. It was a fun start. I don't have much to say about the story since it's only been an episode but I think it'll get boring later on, I hope it won't though. Very nice booba in the flashback. Hayamin can make even a pig look cute. And we have a dragon waifu, nice. |

| I liked the first episode, quite a lot. It's like an anime with the comedic backbone of KonoSuba with a dash of Slime added in (I'm referring to the friendship / contract between the main lead and a very powerful dragon from the very first episode). The animation was not spectacular but it was perfectly watchable. The same applies to the music and songs. I also think the choice of Natsuki Hanae for the main lead part was wise; he can do a wide range of voice works but he is perfect in comedic roles. |

| You know it's a good series when they make sure that the main characters porn collection is taken care of. We start off with an good opening. The start was pretty good, I was really hyped for this anime. Makoto, a loser irl transported to an isekai world. The Godness was really harsh LOL, she insulted him to death xD But thanks to Tsukuyomi, he'll be able to survive.. The comedy is pretty good, I laughed a bit and the action is quite good tho. The pig with the goddamn cute voice, never thought that she would have such an amazing voice with a pig form.. Well thanks to her, he learned magic and stuff. Makoto's phsyical attacks are quite strong and his magic is overpowered. Shen the dragon wasn't even a big deal for him. Easily defeated and bam, a contract between them. Really love her human form. The PV was pretty good, I'm glad that the anime is as good. Looking forward for more episodes. (might read the manga not sure but I WANT TO) ED was good too. |

| I remember reading a bit of this series, but I don't remember it being quite as heavy on the comedy. It does go to some interesting places soon after the next character. |

| This was ok. Very predictable in most ways. MC's parents being from another world was an interesting twist that probably won't matter at all past what we've seen. This will probably end up being a 6/10 generic isekai at best. It's trying to be different, but Konosuba already did a similar story much better. I probably wouldn't watch this if I didn't feel the need to watch an anime for every day of the week each season which probably isn't even going to be possible this season. |
