| Gen is pretty interesting, hopefully the kingdom of science managed to win him over. I was grinning along with Senku in the last few minutes of the episode with that magnificent light, that was fantastic. |

| In this episode Senku managed to bring more people to the side of the scientific society, like Kinrou, Ginrou and Gen Asagiri. He also managed to make lighting to use when it's at night. |

| Best quote from the episode: "Your name's Senku-kun? What kind of girls do you like?" "A girl who can pump a ton of oxygen into a furnace" Ha! At least Senku was honest! xD But seriously... the ending gave me chills! The music, the characters' reactions, and seeing the prototype of a lightbulb in a world like this... it was all so powerful. Senkuu's explanation of how humanity conquered darkness was so moving and emotional, and the timing of the ending song was just perfect. This series really makes me appreciate all the amazing things humanity has accomplished, from conquering the night to defying gravity. And I love how it sparks excitement for the future by showing us our past discoveries! |
