How would I start with this to not make it sound gross and creepy...
Back street girls is a story about 3 yakuza men who were forced to undergo gender reassignment surgery to become the new and upcoming idols in Japan.
Yeah, it's a premise that might turn you off in giving the story a shot, but let me tell you that once you got past that stage, it is a great and entertaining manga to read.

I don't even know my actual opinion on this. It's such a weird thing to read. It's more like a right of passage then anything.
Comedy is out there. I at least was laughing once every chapter so there's that.
Only two things that actually kind of bugged me i guess.
. Overuse of having weird faces for the MC's. You'll know what i'm talking about if you read it.
