Anime That Aired In The United Kingdom
Anime
Anime that aired in Britain on TV. Does not include streaming, home release, etc. Some air dates are included.
My source for some of these is through word of mouth or archived forum posts so if there are any inaccuracies I apologize. As a rule of thumb if an air date is included it means the show definitely aired.

31st December 1988 at 9:45am on ITV as "Laputa: The Flying Island". While I don't wish to comment too much on this list, it was described as 'Above-par fantasy animation from Japan' by a Guardian TV guide, which is unusual as at this time the fact that anime originated from Japan was largely obfuscated.
