I wanted to create a list of the Shojo/Josei manga which began serializing between 1990 and 1995 that have had official publications or licenses into english. Junji Ito in particular published a huuuuge chunk of his shorter shojo horror one-shots/short stories during this early 90s period, so I've included his Soichi manga (published in Nemuki magazine) as a representative of all these short stories. Additionally, sometimes MAL lists serialization start dates which either are 1 year off of the listed start dates on japanese wikipedia or will sometimes list the English release dates instead of the Japanese release dates.
