I'm sick and tired of seeing average Joe having a crush on prettiest girl in the class or introvert girl gaining the attention of "prince-charming-Ikemen", so I'm making this stack.
This stack will be focusing on romances that involve BOTH MCs being ordinary, average people, social outcasts, introverts, socially awkward, etc. or any combination of these categories. Stuff like Yandere, Tsundere, childhood friends, Chuunibyo, etc. are okay.
Anime involving love interests that are supernatural, significantly out of MCs league, Harem, etc, are not included.

Social outcast Yandere, who is also mentally-unstable, catches average Joe in the crime of stealing popular girl's gym clothes when no one was around, and starts black-mailing/tormenting him for it -frequently asking him to reveal and accept himself to be the pervert that he really is.
Neither of the leads are portrayed to be conventionally attractive, which is icing on the cake.

This is a slice of life comedy, where the healthy amounts of comedy keeps the anime fun to watch. I would personally class this as "Iyashikei". Also has a great art-style.

Low self-esteem high school dropout(17-18) thinks she can "fix" 22 year old paranoid college dropout NEET because he's 'worse than her'.
24 eps is a little long, and the show hits you with grim reality at times (has a happy ending). Hard to recommend but I personally loved it since I could take the pain 9/10.

There's some slight drama, but the payoff in the end is satisfying.
I really liked this one because it manages to capture that feeling when you're in the last days of school and there's that "coming to an end" feeling always in the air.
