Animes I considered giving a 10/10 (but didn't in the end)

All the animes on this list were ones I considered giving a 10/10 at some point. Some of them I didn't because I couldn't overlook some aspect or flaw, some of them were very close but not quite there, and some of them I didn't just because it didn't feel right.
