I think it goes without saying that Yagate Kimi ni Naru/Bloom Into You is at the top.
It is perhaps the best and realistic depiction of this genre to date without going too deep into the yuri, which is honestly how I like my yuri.

It's pretty good as far as the Yuri genre goes though it's nothing too amazing but it's still a good read.
