This story is a little ridiculous at first. It's starts out as a daily life/slapstick comedy, but then it evolves into an incredible story of succession and comradery. The main character is always reluctant about his destiny, but he steps up to protect those that he cares for and the world around him. Tsuna is the main character, but Reborn is his partner/tutor from start to finish. This anime covers quite a bit of the manga series and it has a couple of watchable filler arcs. I always advise skipping filler, but it's not necessary in this anime.

"No Good" Tsuna is an ordinary kid in every way (like the synopsis says), but his gentle nature is really what earns his nickname among his peers. He's not good at much, but his hidden potential is so vast that others gravitate to him as Reborn unlocks his "power." This is an action/super power sort of story, but the daily life and comedy do great job of establishing an emotional bond with all of the characters.

The artwork in the manga is better, and there is a lot more of the story after the anime ends. The anime does end at a good point, so it doesn't feel lacking, but I recommend reading the manga.

Do not miss this series. It's worth watching and it has high repeat value.
