Well, I don't think that there is a need for more BS since I already have my share of boobs, so let's get straight to the point:
Story: Poor 3. Boink! Boink!
The story is suppose to revolve around a guy name Issei who is a student in a former all girls school turned coed however it is focus chaotically around the plot where it is a the bad vs evil kind of thing.
Art: Good 7. Boink! Boink!
Ok, so I need not say why, since this anime is all about boobs, panty shots and naked bodies. Oh, and I kinda like the way the school uniform for girls was drawn.
Sound: Fair 6 . Boink! Boink!
I just like the opening theme, that's all.
Characters: Poor 3. Boink ! Boink!
Let's to each of the protagonist of this anime:
Issei Hoyodo- I don't like the way where he's typecast a a stupid character who doesn't know what he has and what he can do and all he has in his mind is porn, I don't quite understand as to why a fallen angel would go after him if he can be used to fight off demons since he's a sacred gear holder. Frankly everything that happens to this character is too easy so much so that any spunk in his character is lost and replaced with disgust pertaining to his stupidity.
Rias Gremory- She's demon with linage, which should be reserve for vampires, ok so she the big boss of her posse and she's in love with the stupid Issei..... too easy for her role as a demon with class, it's obvious that the author is simply banking on her fanservice and nothing more.
Asia Argento- She's also on the same boat as Rias except she a much sweeter character, again her romance with Issei is too easy and it's her fansrevice that makes up for her character.
Himejima Akeno- she being a half fallen angel half demon don't seem to add up as being one of Rias' posse, in fact she more of a tease in this anime than anything else.
Kiba Yuuto- he's more like an extra and nothing more.
Toujo Koneko- ok so she's the the team's muscle and more like a flat chested fanservice type.
So, what we have are a bunch of demons whose capability is a mismatch as to what is expected of the usual demon thing.
Enjoyment and overall: Fair 6. Boink! Boink! Boink! Boink!
I could have given this anime a poor rating, but I've thought that since there are a couple of laughs that comes with this anime and a lot of fanservice, I guess that the poor story can be brush aside and just focus on the guys stupidity which is both disgusting and funny and the girls' fanservice, definitely not for guys who expects a lot.
