Man, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this anime! I remember seeing a reel on Facebook with this adorable moment between the main character and the heroine, and I just had to add it to my watchlist. And yeah, it was definitely worth it.

The storyline isn't exactly groundbreaking, but there's something about it that just works. Maybe it's the lovable protagonist, Asahi, who's just so bad at hiding his feelings. Or maybe it's the fact that the girl he's crushing on, Yuuko, turns out to be a vampire (which, btw, is just the coolest twist!).

I love how the anime balances the humor and the heartwarming moments. There are some genuinely laugh-out-loud scenes, and the supporting cast is amazing - especially the ones with their own superpowers!

What I appreciate most, though, is how the anime doesn't shy away from exploring the complexities of relationships. Yuuko's struggle to come to terms with her feelings for Asahi is so relatable, and I love how the anime doesn't rush into a neat, tidy resolution.

My only gripe is that the anime only covers a part of the manga, so I'm left wanting more! I'm seriously hoping for a season 2, because I need to see what happens next in Asahi and Yuuko's story.

All in all, this anime is a great one-time watch. It's not perfect, but it's got a lot of heart, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for a lighthearted, romantic comedy.
