I think similar to its first season, the jokes seen in the initial episodes are much better than those seen later in the season as they stand out amongst the sea of innuendos, blatant gags & references while being unique.
By around the halfway point of the season the main cast became tedious as their jokes were overused resulting in the characters becoming bland. Thankfully the side characters pick up their slack and give life to the rest of the season. The great journalist Hata returns & is given more screen time, the perverted teacher & maid return for a few great jokes, 'new' characters are introduced with another schools president, the Judo club gets some action & MCs freaky sister joins the party.
Season two also features recurring gag advertisements & mid show segments that make for fun moments & unexpected laughs between the seas of tedium, my favourite being the Squid.
Overall, I’m not sure if it’s worth it to watch the entire season, as it’s probably best to search for a highlight reel or something similar of the seasons running gags, best jokes & moments on media sites. If you need something dirty & Slice of Life this will probably be down your alley.
