The story is an implementation of the zero to hero trope, but not a very satisfying one. All of the characters are very superficial and their reasonings don't make total sense. (though, this is all very common for this genre)
Some parts were fun. There is nudity and sexual references, but you'd have to try really hard to goon to this.

The art is one positive point for this: it is pretty decent, and fits the genre pretty well. As a lay person on the matters of art, it was adequate.

Is it good? Not really. Is it fun? It has its moments. Should you read it? Maybe, if you have the means and the few hours to spare.
