I loved the final series just as much as the OG and the second series. The character development was on point and never felt forced or rushed. Also leaving some development to be made is any future projects.
The story line was very well paced and I never felt bored or wanting to skip ahead during any moments. From the heart-wrenching emotional scenes to the on edge fight sequences I was engrossed in all of it.
I don't care what anyone else says I love the "with the power of friendship" theme. It's heartwarming and never fails to make me smile while watching. Not saying fairy tail didn't have it's dark moments and needed a bit of drama but the overall theme of friendship had me from the start.
This anime will always hold a special place in my heart and I can't wait to see what comes next.
