The story is very shallow, with no real underlying plot in the sotry just small arcs like2-3 episodes long at most. Its interestig in that you don't get this kind of anime with so many monsters, so if you are a fantasy fan you might take a liking to it. Again the romance is minimal, which i swhat i hate about harems. Even as a harem anime it isnt that good. It is way too short as well which is possibly why it cannot establish a good plot.
The art is average, nothings special..
The songs were okay, not so much to my liking but still fine. If there were inserts in the anime it might have evoked more feeling or made it a bit more captivating.
The characters were very dry, you have the usual harem mix of girls from the quiet and soft-spoken to totally outgoing anf lively to the lolicon to the one that is really in love with the main character. The boy is practically useless in the fights which last like less than a minute so the action is minimal as well and the episodes are raftly the same the vampire just ends up wining most of the time.
The comedy is not very appealing in the show and is quite lame at points. There was no real excitement or interest till lik eone of the last episodes, and even then had they made it more like the manga it might have been better.
In my opinion i don't suggest the anime, go read the manga because the anime makes the boy look like crap, when he is actually quite strong in the manga...Thats all....
