Every season, I watch most trash isekai anime that air because it's a good way to pass the time and it's somewhat of a guilty pleasure so I decided to watch this one. That was a terrible mistake a waste of time. I got through 5 episodes and could not keep going. This anime has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOING FOR IT. I'll break it down for you:
- Overall plot: The plot makes ZERO sense. There are glaring plot holes left and right that are getting addressed and the story just seems to progress as if nothing were wrong. A kindergartner could come up with a more coherent plot than this anime. The premise is fine but people / the characters seem to have no ability for rational thinking whatsoever
- Character development: Every single character in this show is laughably one dimensional. The MC is as plain as they come. There are no good supporting characters and even the antagonists are incredibly boring and nonsensical. There are some very very poor attempts at character development but it's really just your poorly executed copy paste of "I had a tough childhood"
- Animation quality: The animation straight up looks like it was animated for a high school film project by a bunch of amateur teenagers. The animation is extremely choppy, the art quality is not good and there are more stills here than my grandma's photo scrapbook
All in all, please stay away and save yourself some brain damage
