So I always intentionally pick a low-rated series every season just to see how bad it is. Compared to the ones I've watched previously, this is pretty average, so I gave it 5/10. I don't know about the pacing compared to the source material, but they've done pretty badly on the build-up leading to the MC likely destroying his marionette brother and demonized father (not sure if he's demonized though). Along with the art and animation, that makes the plot terrible. The only positive so far about this is the Ending Theme. Other aspects are either average or just plain horrendous.
