The animation in itself isn't bad, but the battles are straight up lazy. Attacks that are only half shown, a blast that goes past a character yet the character seems to be hurt, that kind of stuff. None of the characters seem to have any personality, no info is given about any background. The viewer is assumed to keep watching even though the set up of every episode is the same:
1. The MC has not realized her power
2. The guy characters protect her without questioning anything
3. The protectors adore the MC for no reason
4. The MC does nothing but stand by and whine a little at the enemy
5. The battle is lost
6. The enemy withdraws even though they are way stronger and could have easily crushed the 'good guys'
7. In the next episode another battle will be lost in the same manner
8. No progress is made what so ever
If this seems interesting to you, definitely give this anime a try. I can't anymore :')
