7.7/10
A small being apart of me tells me that I should not like this manga, but it’s unironically enjoyable due to its humor and decent execution despite the cliche plot and apparent plot armor.
The plot doesn’t contain the most unique developments out there, however, they are unironically enjoyable due to the ridiculous developments that are used for the sole purpose of humor and some character exposition. There’s also some issues with the mc’s plot device of being so lucky, however, it doesn’t take anything away from the storytelling due to it being an “unserious” manga.
The characters also aren’t the most profound, since I skimmed through it again for this review, and I forgot most of the side characters even existed, but for the momentary developments they provide, it is enjoyable. As for the main cast, their relationship is pretty wholesome and comedic, so that’s always a positive.
This isn’t the most profound nor well-written manga you will ever read, but it is a damn good enjoyable one sheerly from its humor, and the slow developments that don’t rush the mc’s power.
