The story focuses around two couples, the first couple is only 2 chapters and their romance just felt rushed and well the rest of that review will be below where there are spoilers. The second couple was cute and it focused around them more, they are both beautifully drawn and both new to dating (we don't find out till later) but their interactions are cute and the art is so mesmerizing! Especially the Seme, he is drawn so hot!

The first couple felt rushed and honestly disappointing because it felt like it was going to be the first love he has been searching for but it turns out it wasn't him. We never get closure on who his first love is and not the full story, just "things didn't work out" but he says it in a long phrase that leaves us wanting to know exactly what he means and know what happened. I kept waiting for the uke to have his memories return but turns out it was never him, so that was disappointing since their relationship seemed a bit too fast for someone who had to been looking and waiting for 400+ years like you would think it would take him much longer to finally move on and that he would get real closure.
2nd couple - Their story was way more cute! We get to see how they interact and fall for each other, we get to see them make love or should I say ATTEMPT to make love, because they are both virgins they couldn't "Fit it all in" PREP IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT!!! Which they lacked but we didn't know until after it is shown that they fail ha. What bothered me about this is that I kept waiting for that scene where the uke realizes he is reincarnated and the tree he had seen somewhere else before just didn't know where was actually from his past life but we never had such scene so I left me feeling like the reader is left to interpret it however they want. . The seme did say "You probably saw it from the drama that filmed it" and it is said that his dad is a movie watcher so perhaps however it felt like that wasn't the case. I hope I am wrong and it is the drama, because their story is just too cute. Definitely a recommend, only because of the second couple.
