Mixed Feelings
Plot: 6/10
The plot gets a bit boring and predictable at times, but aside from the arc about Kunikida that just felt completely out of place in the middle, for the most part it's okay. However, I do think they should've cut down on the comedy and make the show more serious.

Art (Opening, Ending): 8/10
Art is solid, opening and ending are both pretty nice.

Sound: 5/10
Some of the VAs are very good, and others are just lackluster.

Characters: 6/10
Some characters are just left mysterious for no reason, like Dazai, while others have bizarre attachments to them that feel superfluous. There was no need for Tanizaki to have the incestuous sister - the sister ends up only serving her purpose which is to distinguish the brother and sister pair from basically anyone else. As for the other characters, they're pretty bland, an example of this being Akutagawa, who I never really liked anyways. He's just the typical edgy, dark bad man. For Atsushi, they kept repeating the orphanage scene three times per episode which was quite annoying honestly.

Enjoyment: 8/10
Despite all these issues, it's still enjoyable, so I still kept coming back to it.

Overall: 6.6 (rounded to 7)
