The animation quality is decent, but there are many scenes that look like they were added later by sub-par animators. For example, the last episode there's a scene where a woman transports a man (I'm keeping it generic to avoid spoilers). There faces are round with two big dots. The outlines are squiggles. It's so obviously unfinished and looks more like a storyboard drawing. While I'm on the last episode... it felt like someone just tossed the script in the air, collected the pages, and went with it in this random order. Plus accidentally picked up a couple of pages from a different anime.
If you have a choice, skip it. I watched it mainly because I really like anime and photograph at a lot of anime cons, so want to be able to recognize characters. But honestly everyone in this show was so generic. The outfits are so generic. The plot so generic. It should have been called "The generic OP (insert plot point here)"
