If the director and/or original author (I don't know who's responsible for the loli shit) didn't deserve to be in prison it'd be an 8 or 9 out of 10. Only thing stopping it from being perfect: I can't really take any harem anime seriously. Especially when it's a "nice guy" fantasy. Which is a shame because everything else about it is perfect.
I'm going to continue pirating the series and just pretending the loli scenes aren't real. But this is one of those things where I'll probably diligently watch everything in the series yet never acknowledge my appreciation for it irl. Even though there is so much about this show that puts it a cut above the rest, I can not seriously see myself recommending a show where the mc is a lolicon and that's apparently normal and funny and harmless.
