Pleasantly surprising. I have never really been a big fan of action manga so going into this I had quite low expectations and wow I now know how much of an idiot I was. Its concept was great and its execution of it was even better from seeing the world building to the characters there is something here for everyone. What sets this manga apart is how more realistic the characters are, they don't all believe in "The power of teamwork" or "I will protect my friends at any cost" no they go by human desires and human needs. You have actually probably met someone before with the same motivation for one thing or another at least for a couple of the characters. Now some people don't only read manga for the characters you probably actually came for the action. The action was truly great from the gore to the confusing yet brilliant composition it really blends together well if I had a complaint it would probably be some of the scenes were confusing at times but that may just be because of my inexperience of battle manga. In the end its a story where you will laugh and die inside as you watch the story unfold I highly recommend it
