Mixed Feelings
I never played Cyberpunk 2077 so I have an unbiased opinion about the franchise going into this show.

Character: 5/10
With as short and as bloody as this show is, it's hard to make people you care deeply about aside from 1 or 2 main characters and the rest are just along for the ride. If we had 12 episodes with more time to feel for the cast, I feel like the emotional payoffs would be much higher.

Art: 10/10
I don't need to explain to much into this, Studio Trigger puts their souls into anything they create. The visuals are colorful and the action is hot.

Story: 3/10
Without spoiling it, I will say it started off pretty strong until about the half-way point of the show. After a certain point, the main character and a couple of other characters just seems to behave unlike they would based on how the show portrayed him up until that point because the story demands conflict.

Music: 6/10
Most of the music is hit or miss, but when it hits its pretty good. Sadly, the opening is fairly bland and even though the show is 10 episodes, I started skipping it because it's meh.

Total: 4/10
The ending reminded me of another show (Akame ga Kill) and it's another great example of how too much killing can leave a show spiraling down until it crashes at the end. Really could've been a 7 or an 8 if the finale was written better.
