Art style and animation are exquisite, and every character is treated like they could belong to their own personal spin-off, so it means care was put into fleshing them out. This goes for the 'baddies' too, excluding the really minor ones of course.
A bit of a warning though, but especially in the English Dub, there is a character that is heavily misgendered, a trans chick. It's played for laughs and it might make some people uncomfortable, especially other tansgender folks. It's not that much of a focal point, and the character's design is thankfully not your typical 'bad' representation, despite the misuse of pronouns. She's really pretty still.
