In an age where murim webtoons are an over saturated market its very difficult to sift through them and discover the good reads worth your time amongst the chaos. Let alone webtoons that do the modern society with secret murim societies right, it's a niche that is untapped and nobody truly takes advantage of it and does it right, but this story does.
With only 20 chapters out at this moment I have high hopes for this webtoon.
This story is literally The Breaker, I am by no means exaggerating. Read it and you will see the parallels. Secret hated master that mentors the MC, check. Secret society that lurks like martial arts gangs in the shadows, check. Mc is the grand disciple capable of a special line of Supreme martial arts? Check. There's an influx of martial drugs that threaten the balance of the martial and mundane world? Check. It's all there and it's all good, it's almost nostalgic in a sense since I've been a long time breaker fan.
It's a pretty solid 7 and if it manages to keep up the pace this will easily be a webtoon that replaces The Breaker in my heart
